Reports back from Mission trip teams are one of my favorite types of church services. We get to hear and see what God has done! This Sunday the team that served in Mexico building houses with Homes of Hope will report back to The Rock.

One of the reasons these Sunday's are my favorite is because we get to see the joy that comes from serving God and neighbor. We have a taste of what a life of service looks like and it inspires us to serve more!

So come on Sunday to see a slideshow and hear from some of the people who served. Then after service stay and eat and fellowship with one another. We have a TACO CART coming to feed us!

"For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them." - Ephesians 4:1

Theological Word of the Week:

Necessity of Scripture

The idea that the Bible is necessary for knowing the gospel, for maintaining spiritual life, and for knowing God's will, but is not necessary for knowing that God exists or for knowing something about God's character and moral laws.
