Jon Woolner: Pastor
Jon Woolner has been serving as the lead pastor of The Rock Covenant Church since the beginning of 2002. He graduated from Fuller Theological Seminary in 1995 with a Masters of Divinity and has served the church of Jesus Christ for the last 25 years. Jon and his beautiful wife Shannon, just celebrated 20 years of marriage together. Jon and Shannon live in Redondo Beach with their two kids. Shannon has a love and passion for art and anything that involves the beach. Ryan, their son, is 15. He loves to surf, play drums and attends Redondo Union High School. Alix, their sweet little girl, is now 11 and will be attending junior high at Parrass Middle School in Redondo Beach.
The Woolner family is committed to serving the beach cities and sharing the love of Jesus Christ wherever they go. Their love for the church is contagious.

Paul Duncan: Worship Leader
Paul Duncan has been in worship ministry for over 15 years, starting as a Wheaton College student in 1995. Since then he has been playing music and leading worship at churches, colleges, and other venues all over the world. Duncan came to the Rock in 2004, where he met his wife Jeami. Along with leading worship at the Rock, he continues to work as a musician, songwriter and producer.
Paul and Jeami currently live in El Segundo, and they are both active in the worlds of music and missions, as Jeami founded the church’s ongoing ministry in Uganda. It is their joy and honor to be serving the Lord through the Rock Covenant Church.
Shannon Woolner: Art Ministry Leader
Katie Tiffany: Children’s Ministry Leader
Katie Tiffany has recently joined The Rock and brings a renewed zeal to our Children’s Church Program. Her desire is to create an environment that children look forward to attending on Sunday and ultimately win the hearts for Jesus at an early age!
Katie received her Bachelor of Arts from Loyola Marymount University in 2001 and shortly thereafter discovered a passion for Event Planning. It was 2004 that she committed her life to Christ and has since been involved in children’s church, international missions trips and high school youth group.
When Katie’s not coordinating children’s church or weddings, you’ll find her spending free time with friends and family. She loves the beach, relaxing with a good movie, and traveling at any opportunity she gets! Oh, and there are two things she can’t live without: laughter and chocolate.
Kevin Parsons: Men’s Ministry Leader
Cas & Sheri Milewski: Small Groups Leaders
Cas and Sheri Milewski have been with the Rock Church since day one. They came from the parent church, Rolling Hills Covenant Church, when they heard about a possible church plant in Manhattan Beach. They have both served in various capacities, but have always had a passion for small groups. They are privileged to call The Rock their home and, God willing, look forward to many more years of serving.
