The Rock Covenant Church has been involved with Uganda since 2006. We've built relationships with other ministries in Uganda and strive to serve them whole-heartedly during our time with them. Some of the ministries are: orphanage visits, hospital ministry, refugee camps, and evangelistic outreach. Trip Date: July 18th - August 2nd, 2010

Application Deadline: March 28th, 2010

Trip Cost: $3,500* - includes: airfare, lodging, in country transportation, meals, visa, two day safari and 10% admin fee. Does not include travel insurance or cost of immunizations.

*50% of funding is due six weeks prior to departure. 100% of funding is due by date of departure.

The entire cost of the trip to which you are applying must be paid to The Rock Covenant Church prior to departure. A $200 non-refundable deposit is due with your application. (Exception: If an applicant is not accepted to go on a trip, the $200 deposit will be refunded.) We will communicate your acceptance to participate in a trip through email, phone or mail. Should you be accepted for the trip you've applied for - your $200 deposit will be applied towards your trip costs. If for any reason a team member needs to cancel or postpone their trip, it must be done in a timely and clear manner. All monies submitted to The Rock Covenant Church are considered a charitable donation and cannot be refunded.
